The Ultimate Twilight Playlist 🍂
Happy first blog of Val on Vinyl. As fall approaches this month, it was time for my annual Twilight rewatch, and with it, a reminder of just how good this soundtrack really is.
The uniqueness of the Twilight Saga soundtracks is their ability to fully encapsulate the exact emotions and events taking place in the film, making it all the more intense for the viewer. It's the kind of scoring where you don't just watch the pain, longing, or joy on screen. You feel it settle into your own chest, like the songs know something about heartbreak that the script hasn't said out loud yet.
All opinions aside, even if you're not a fan of the books or movies, there is something alluring about its choice in music. A blend of alternative, folk, and indie rock songs takes us back to the nostalgia of a rainy September evening in Forks, Washington.
I recommend listening in the order listed below.
